Share instructions on WhatsApp
Prepare your message from an appointment or from the Schedule route.

Prepare the route
- In Schedule, choose Prepare WhatsApp route.
- Select the service date and filter for the crew member receiving the route.
- Review the preview, including each visit’s property, address and time.
- Use Share route or Copy. In WhatsApp, confirm the recipient and send the message.
Share carefully
- Instructions may include access codes. Share only with authorized crew.
- If the time or address changed after sending, prepare and share an updated message.
