Share the crew portal
Crew members view visits and confirm jobs through a private link, without creating an account.

Generate and share access
- In Settings, open private access for the relevant crew member.
- Choose Generate private link and wait for confirmation.
- Share the link or QR only with that person. Save or share the link before closing the dialog.
Use the portal
- Open the link on your phone and choose Español or English.
- Review the client, property, time and instructions. Use Refresh schedule to reload.
- When finished, choose Finish Cleaning. For an issue, choose Report an Issue.
If the link does not work
- Check your connection. If the link expired or was revoked, ask your supervisor for a new one.
- If a visit is missing, ask your supervisor to check the date and your assignment.
