Write clear instructions so your team knows what to check.

Add or edit a step
- In Protocols, select the service type and choose + Step.
- Write a clear action, such as checking for belongings left behind.
- Mark Required / audit step to highlight it as critical. Save and review the list.
Keep the list updated
- Edit or remove steps that no longer apply to the service.
- Before resetting default protocols, review the confirmation: custom steps are replaced.
