Manage multiple properties for one client
One client record, multiple properties and independent rates.

Add another property
- Edit the client and find Client properties. Choose Add property.
- Enter an easy-to-recognize name, address and per-service rate.
- Set this property’s access details, instructions, crew and map location.
- Choose Save property. Repeat for each property.
Schedule and invoice by property
- When creating an appointment, select the client, then the property being cleaned.
- In Invoices, filter jobs by property to bill it separately, or select jobs from multiple properties belonging to the same client.
