Save access details and instructions
Save default instructions on the property so you do not have to retype them for every visit.

Fill in the fields
- Edit the client and open the relevant property.
- Fill in Access / Lockbox, Alarm, Key location, Pets and Instructions.
- Choose Save property. When creating another appointment, review its instructions.
Choose the default crew
- Select the crew that usually handles the property and save.
- You can assign someone else to a specific appointment without changing this default.
